Calabasas - West Valley Chapter
Currently there are over 80 volunteers ages 4 to 94. This chapter has brought together a multitude of backgrounds and generations. Our common thread will always be the children in need of a Binky. Always made by hand and always made with love. Chapter Meetings!
Meetings are on the 1st Saturday of each month 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. At
Welcome Girl Scouts
The Girl Scouts of all ages can support Binky Patrol by making blankets or collecting fabric and yarn. Girl Scouts of the San Fernando Valley and the Rancho Calabasas Service Unit donated over 100 binky blankets in 2004. Over 100 Girl Scouts also participated and helped to make 300 binkies at the "Bink-A-Thon" on October 23, 2004. Sewing machines and Notion boxes may be checked out at the Girl Scout Service Center.
National Make A Difference Day BINK-A-THON October 22, 2005 We made 72 binkies and a few more were finished at home! Jill - "The Iron Master" Robin and Ricky - " The Laughing Sisters" Rhonda - "Binky Kit Princess" Ellen and Carolyn - "The Batting Queens"
